OBS Scene Sources Missing or Duplicated in SAMMI Core commands

Issue:

For SAMMI Core commands that reference OBS sources, the list of sources are incorrect for some OBS scenes.  Sources are missing or duplicated in the sources dropdown.

Solution:

• Do not group sources in the OBS scene configuration.  Use nested scenes instead.
• Ensure that all source names in the impacted scene(s) do not start with a numeric character.
